My fitness journey began in 2003 during my senior year at ASU. I had become practically inactive and acquired really bad eating habits. It wasn’t until I was trying on bathing suits in a dressing room when she realized how much weight I had gained. It was at that moment I decided to make that change back to the active and healthy lifestyle I once had. I knew I could not do this alone, so I hired my first personal trainer to guide and motivate me. Over time, my energy levels and confidence increased and it became a lifestyle. I eventually competed locally in fitness competitions. I credit my success to my first personal trainer and as a result, I was inspired to become s trainer myself. I have over 10 years experience, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Corrective Exercises.
