After you book your first session or send us your contact information, a head trainer will reach out to you to talk about your fitness goals. Do you have an event coming up? Has your physician requested that you start exercising? Do you finally want to start gaining muscle or losing weight?
The goal varies from client to client, but we’ll help you achieve it!
Additionally, we want to learn more about what type of workouts you enjoy as well as any injuries or surgeries you may have had. By learning a little bit about you, we can determine which workout regimes might work best. At every session, our clients are not just doing the same routines over and over again – they’re challenging their bodies to constantly improve and produce results. To ensure that you’re noticing your progress, we take measurements and encourage our clients to take “before and after” photos so they can compare changes.
